This is a Hatha yoga class, which is a non-spiritual, exercise based class that combines muscle strengthening & toning poses, with stretching poses for increased flexibility & range of motion for a total body workout. Proper breathing and relaxation techniques are also taught as a method of added stress relief.

The name says it all! This class is offered immediately after our Zumba class on Monday and Wednesday evenings as well as the Saturday afternoon class. Designed to shape and tone those hard to target areas that we all need help on! Class is free to all who pay and attend the Zumba class before hand.

An aquatic class that involves multi-joint, whole body movements geared to help with flexibility, balance, and muscle tone. Noodles and water weights are used for greater resistance in the water. A great cardiovascular workout!
An aquatic class designed for people of any age living with arthritis, rheumatic diseases, or related musculoskeletal conditions. Some of the many benefits of this class include decreased pain and stiffness, increased strentgth and endurance, Improved balance and coordination, improved ambulation, and improved mobility and flexibility.
An aquatic class consisting of 45 minutes of low to high impact aerobic workout. Includes jogging, cross-country skiing and jumping jacks. The last 15 minutes of class is stretching and a cool down.
A high-powered aquatic class. Aerobic, strength training and toning using water weights, noodles, balls and paddle boards. This class brings the highest quality of exercise for greater health and wellness, plus having fun with pool games. Coed friendly.

Doing exercises in water eases the tension on your joints and is a very relaxing, effective class. Uses noodles and balls to aid in resistance for lengthening and stretching. Coed friendly.
